SUBJECT: Notice of Annual Meeting
TO: Property Owners of Forest Cove

The annual meeting of the Forest Cove Property Owners .Association will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at 7:30P.M. at the Forest Cove Community Building, 1025 Marina Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three members of the Board of Directors to fill the vacancies of the three Directors whose terms expire on
May 19,1999.

As of this date, three property owners have expressed their desire to serve on the Board. They are: Marian Burrows, Ben Neiman, Carl Quebedeaux.

At the monthly meeting of the Board on April 22,1999, the Board voted to follow the same procedure in the selection of new Board Directors as last year, which is a follows; The Board, as a whole would be the Nominating Committee, and by this notice and an announcement in the Forest Cove Property Owners Newsletter, encourage all eligible property owners who have an interest in becoming a member of the Board to submit their name and qualification for inclusion on the ballot. At a Special Meeting on April 22, the Board decided on an Election Committee, and set forth the following guidelines to be followed in this election.

1. Candidates must own property and reside in Forest Cove. To be eligible
   to vote, maintenance and management fees must not be delinquent.
2. Any interested person must make his/her desire known by written statement
   to the address below or contact any Board member by May 7, 1999.
   interested individuals should submit a brief resume of their education and/or
   experience and any other information that may be helpful to the voters in making
   a selection. They should state the length of time they have resided in
   Forest Cove and also their ability to attend the monthly meetings of the Board.
3. Nominations from the floor will be accepted. These candidates will orally
   inform the property owners present of their qualifications, education and/or]
   experience. Anyone wishing to vote for floor nominees will do so by
   writing in that candidate's name on the ballot.
4. There will be only one vote per household. Absentee voting will be held on Saturday May 15, 1999 at the Community Building, 1025 Marina Drive, from 10:00a.m. to l:00p.m.

To avoid the expense of a double mailing, we are enclosing your copy of the Forest Cove Property Owners Association annual report.
