Architectural Control Committee Permit Request Application
1.
According to the deed restrictions governing all
sections of Forest Cove Subdivision it is necessary that any property owner
secure a building permit from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior
to the commencement of any new building, addition to existing structures or
modification of the exterior of any existing structure.
2.
To secure such permit it is necessary that the
following documents be submitted along with this completed application form:
a. Two (2) plot plans showing the location of the building or construction with respect to property lines, easements, and building set-back lines as per your deed restriction requirements.
b.
Two (2) copies of architect’s, engineer’s, or contractor’s detailed and scaled
drawing of the proposed construction on the property owner’s lot.
c.
A twenty five ($25.00) check made payable to F.C.P.O.A. (Forest Cove
Property Owners Association).
3.
Submit your plans to one of the addresses shown below. Your plans will be reviewed as soon as possible and a decision should be
forth coming within a week or two.
4.
Upon approval of your plans by the ACC, you will receive a permit plus
one copy of your submitted plot plans and construction plans.
