Sara Ecoff

Sara Ecoff has been involved in swimming since she was 5 years old when she joined the FOREST COVE FIGHTIN’ FROGS.  She began USA swimming with Blue Tide when she was 7 and then changed to New Caney Swim Club where she swam for 11 years, the last 4 of which were also for Kingwood High School. During her final years of swimming, she enjoyed helping with rookie camp and giving private lessons. She continued to share her passion for swimming by coaching the Timberlane Tigersharks during the summer of 2006. She returned to the FROGS in 2007 as a coach and is excited to be returning to the FROGS for the 2008 season to once again share the experience she has gained thru swimming with various programs under different coaches. Once a FROG always a FROG!!!

Emily Hansen

Emily Hansen grew up a "water baby" and was eventually recruited to be on the J.V. Swim Team by the Humble High School swim coach out of her 9th grade P.E. class.  She swam J.V. and Varsity  and played on the Varsity water polo team which competed at State.  She also swam summer league at Atascocita Country Club.  She enjoys giving swim lessons and has coached/assisted the Forest Cove Swim Team for the past 3 years.  Emily looks forward to seeing some familiar faces as well as meeting new families.  She is very excited for another season full of swimming and fun, and really looks forward to watching the Frogs continue to improve and grow.
