Sara Ecoff

Coach Sara has been involved in swimming since she was 5 years old when she joined the FOREST COVE FIGHTIN’ FROGS.  She began USA swimming with Blue Tide when she was 7 and then changed to New Caney Swim Club where she swam for 11 years.  She also swam 4 years with the Kingwood High School team.  She continued to share her passion for swimming by coaching the Timberlane Tigersharks during the summer of 2006.  She returned to the FROGS in 2007, but this time as a coach.  She is a current student at Texas Women’s University where she is a senior Kinesiology/Pre-Physical major.  She is very excited to be returning this year for her third year as a FROG coach.  Once a FROG always a FROG!!!

Alana Jones

Coach Alana began swimming summer league when she was 5 in North Carolina, then Alabama, and ended up swimming for the Sand Creek Sea Lions until she was 16. She started club swimming at the age of 8 in Mobile, Alabama and continued in Texas with New Caney Swim Club, Blue Tide, and NEHA. Along with club and summer league, Alana swam one year at her high school, St. Pius X. Next year she is planning to go to the College of St. Catherine where she will run cross country and swim. This is her first year of coaching and she is extremely excited for this season!!
