President's Report July started off with a great 40th annual Fourth of July Parade and BBQ at the Community Center. We had a tremendous turnout and a great day of fun and companionship with our neighbors. I would like to especially thank Marian Burrows and her many volunteers who worked very hard to make this a very successful event. We would also like to thank Triggs Catering and Barbeque in Humble for another great job in serving our community on this special day. |

Save $180 Obey the heavy trash day schedule for our neighborhood and save yourself from getting a ticket. More than 500 tickets are being written monthly and fines average $180.00 in court.
