Notice of special meeting

The Forest Cove Property Owners Association, Inc. will hold a special meeting of its Board of Directors on September 3, 2025 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Old Firehouse, 1108 Mustang Trail, Kingwood, Texas 77339.  

The topic of this Special Meeting is:

Deed Restriction Amendment to The Deed Restrictions Governing 

Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 17, Section 6 of Forest Cove

This is an information/discussion meeting.  

No vote will be taken.

National Night Out is Tuesday, October 1 !!!

Come out to the old Fire station at 1110 Mustang Trail anytime between 6 and 8 pm, and enjoy some hot dogs with your neighbors!

Our next work day leading up to the event will be on Saturday, June 29th, at 7:30am at the Firehouse and Community Center Area.

We are looking for leads for the following activities - Decorations & Dessert Contest.  Please let me know if you can help in any of these areas or know someone that would be interested.  We have also planned the following work days in preparation - 6/29, and 6/30.  Damian Pool will be coordinating the work day activities.

Forest Cove will be having a neighborhood party at the old Firehouse at 1110 Mustang Trail. The POA will provide some hot dogs and simple foods, but bring some snacks, sides, or whatever you want and come hang out with your neighbors!
